Cowichan Valley

This is an outstanding ride on Vancouver Island starting and finishing at Victoria, the Capital of British Columbia, named in 1868 after a strategic decision. It is a friendly ride filled with historical testimonies. The ride has some challenging altimetry going from sea level to 1500m on the first 20km, but overall it is an intermediary difficult level fitting everyone with good cardio-capability. The total tour is close to 200km with breathtaking views including the famous Kinsol Trestle in Cowichan Lake, no talking about the coastal part, including a ferry trip during the ride.
